Pugnacious means, “inclined to quarrel or fight readily; quarrelsome; belligerent; combative.” Yeah, that’s me, but I am much more than pugnacious.

My name is Amanda, but my friends call me Mandy and you should too. I am an over educated professional record spinner who hates celery and loves cheddar. I am an ardent thrift shopper with a fondness for clowns and wiggle eyes. Expect to see these topics and more pop up in my blog content.

I am a long time vegetarian who is passionate about vegetarian cuisine. I want to invite you to step inside my virtual kitchen to see what I am cooking up.
